Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the BidNail platform (the “Service”) and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. It exists to keep the Service safe, reliable, and lawful for all contractors.

1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, including creating documents intended to defraud clients.
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass security or access controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through excessive or automated requests.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Misrepresent your identity, licensing, or insurance status.

2. Fair Use of AI Features

AI generation is provided for legitimate business use in creating your own contractor documents. Automated abuse, resale of AI output as a competing service, or attempts to overload the AI features are prohibited and may be rate-limited or blocked.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity. We may also remove content that violates this policy.
